1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be received in full before processing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Delivery

Same-day delivery for orders before 12pm. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 4 hours before scheduled delivery. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

4. Product Variation

As flowers are natural products, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value.

5. Refunds

Quality issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
